Guided Meditation Group
Open to Anyone Experiencing Worry, Fear, Anxiety, Stress, Lack of Focus and Concentration or Want to Experience Some Relaxation
This support group is for people who are experiencing worry, fear, anxiety, stress, lack of focus and concentration or who simply want to experience some relaxation. Any of these feelings could have come up prior to the Covid Pandemic or as a result of the Pandemic.
Some of these feelings can be made worse because of the added isolation brought about with the various lockdowns and having to do things differently. Perhaps not being able to visit or help a family member who was sick has added to these feelings.
This is a safe space. The facilitator will lead the participants to gently transport you to a different time and place through guided visualization resulting in self-healing. Cleansing away negative emotions and stress, releasing energy blockages, leaving you uplifted and feeling deep inner peace.
Your body does the best restorative and regenerative work when the mind relaxes into a deep state. Experience it for yourself.
This group is FREE, however participants must register for each session.
Sessions are weekly on Saturday afternoon (Eastern) at 1:00 p.m. Each session will be approximately 60 minutes.
